The 8th annual Holiday Gift Market is moving from the Entertainment Hall to the Expo Hall at the Florida State Fairgrounds. With a drastic increase in square footage, shoppers can expect to see over 140 high quality merchants, wider aisles, additional dining options, seating areas for shoppers and much more. This year’s Holiday Gift Market will be the one place that shoppers can find everything they are looking for this holiday season.

HORSEFEST! in Clermont, FL

HORSEFEST!

Brown's Family Horse Supplies, a new tack shop in Clermont, Florida, is hosting a special event for horse lovers young and old. HORSEFEST will be held on Saturday, December 4th, from noon until 4 pm at the store's location on Highway 27 in Clermont, across from the Twistee treat.

Featured guests include:

• DreamCatcher Horse Ranch and Rescue Center (non-profit) - They will offer gift wrapping for a donation to their non-profit equine rescue program. The stable will also offer holiday photos taken with Jenny the donkey and Daisy the Miniature Paint Horse.

• Brown’s will have special sales that day. Besides riding apparel and tack, Brown’s carries assorted gift items for children and adults. Horse themed Christmas cards and ornaments are also available.

• I will have my Ponies & Puppies booth. My Beloved Horses series are illustrated collections of true short stories featuring a variety of horses and the special bonds with their riders. Several Florida horses are included. I also have three teen mystery novels and two Beginner Reader dog books. Besides selling and signing my books, I'll offer horse and dog novelties and a craft project – decorating a real horseshoe with sequins and bling.

There will also be a raffle with one of the Beloved Horses books, an equine gift from Brown’s and a free riding lesson or pony ride at DreamCatcher. There will be other raffle prizes as well, and all proceeds will benefit the DreamCatcher Rescue program.
